2017 Lunch at the Madison Tea Room
Starting Thursday, October 19 at 9:30am, a new Ladies’ Bible Study will begin, studying 5 names of God. The evening Bible Study group (meets Wednesdays at 6:15pm) is still working through James. It is not too late to join us for either study.
Saturday, December 2, 10am-12 pm in the fellowship hall we will enjoy Christmas Cookies and Crafts. This event is for ladies, children, and grandchildren. Join us to cut out and decorate Christmas cookies and then make a special plate to put them on. Preregistration is required by November 30. Email firstname.lastname@example.org including name, phone and number, and age of children to register. Cost is $5 per adult, payable at the door.
Saturday, January 27 – Lunch at Madison Tea Room, Madison GA. We will leave the church parking lot at 10:30 am. Cost is $25 per person. Deadline for reservations is December 20th. Email email@example.com to sign up. Payment is due no later than January 15, please make checks payable to Hillcrest Baptist Church. We need a minimum of 25 ladies to be able to reserve the space. Invite all your family and friends. This would make a fun Christmas gift for the woman in your life that has everything.

Escape with us to find rest and relaxation from the hustle and bustle of life as you slow down and spend time with God and each other. This beach-themed retreat includes Bible study based on the stories of Sarah and Hagar, uplifting worship, and relationship-building activities to help women discover the depth of God’s love, strength, and compassion. Cost is $25 per person and includes all materials, continental breakfast and catered lunch.
